We are two Yorkshire tradesmen who built this site to share what we know — and we genuinely enjoy hearing from the people who use it. Whether you have got a question, a topic you would like us to cover, some feedback on an article or just want to say hello, we are happy to hear from you.
We are not a big organisation and we do not pretend to be. It will be Colin or Peter reading your email and Colin or Peter writing back. We aim to get back to everyone within two business days — though if one of us is halfway through a job that has decided to get complicated, it might occasionally be three.

We get asked fairly regularly whether Colin or Peter are available to come and take a look at a job. We appreciate the kind words but Copper Plumbing & Home Improvements is an advice and information site rather than a local service — so we are not able to take on work directly. That said if you are stuck finding a decent tradesperson in the Harrogate area we are always happy to point you in the right direction. Just mention it in your email.
